For all of you who want to try MtG tcg, but don't want to spend money: Magic Duels on SteamTaken from magic.wizards.com: Very good game, including the sets Magic Origins and Battle for Zendikar. Oath of the Gatewatch and Shadows over Innistrad are coming on April 6th.

I prefer Shandalar. Sadly, it's not so easy to find these days.

I've been playing Magic Duels on and off since it was released. I do think it can be a lot of fun, but if you're like me and aren't logging in every day to max out your coins (and if you refuse to pay real money), the other players tend to have really fine-tuned decks that are hard to beat.
But playing against the AI really isn't that bad. It's fun to try out a deck that way. I recently got Liliana so now I have all the Origins Five planeswalkers and have built a deck around each one. The decks don't do well against real players, but they have decent win rates against the AI and it's always fun to get the planeswalkers' sparks to ignite and transform them.
I saved up coins for the last month so that I could buy a bunch of Shadows Over Innistrad packs. Unfortunately, I only got 13 packs so I don't really have the synergy to build any SOI decks yet. I'm really looking forward to trying out Werewolves, though!

For anyone interested, there is a format of MtG TCG called pauper in which only common cards are used. The game has been around long enough that there are enough cards to make a very playable and fun deck for very little money. For around US$25 you could have some fun.

I can help you download the game but I need to know what operating system your computer has. Like Windows or Mac for example.
