You might have seen my Myr Expansion thread and my custom minis i have posted there. You can easy make your own Myr by modifying a Warhammer Skink (see: Making a Myr by kevashim ). This thread should show you how to make your own mini, if no mini to modify is available and to inspire you to make your own minis. It is not the quickest way to make a mini, but I really enjoyed it! Honestly I spent more time making my custom minis than actually playing the game So this is how I made Memnarch: What you need is: Glue, instant glue, stuff, paper, patience and some creativity.
First of all i did a quick sketch to see how big I want to make Memnarch. (it finally got a bit bigger than it was intended) Then I started to form the basic structures using paper and glue.
After that I simply used stuff to smooth the surface and to add some details.
After assembling all the parts and adding some details, I made the "brain" out of glue and paper. I painted it to see how it should look like at the end.
I just used the arms of the Skink minis, which I had left.
Finnaly I just had to paint Memnarch and give him a quick dark wash.
I still have to buy a base or cut it out of plastic. I hope you liked my brief description of how you can make your own minis. Thanks for reading!

Wow. That is impressive! I hope design is something you do for a living, because someone should be paying you for it.

That is so awesome man have you played with it and with your other cards yet? Also it's not fragile is it?

Thanks for the tutorial on how you built this, and for giving me some ideas on sculpting that I had not previously considered. But first I have to draw a sketch? I have trouble with straight lines even using a ruler.....

Yes I have played with the cards and I've changed some abilities already. More testing is needed, but I think I'm on a good way. Memnarch and Lodestone Myr don't feel OP by now. Also playing with the colour Myr is a lot of fun (e.g. Chandra combined with => Cats+Overrun!). I just had some games with Jace + Memnarch + Lodestone Myr + Perilous Myr + Myr Retriever . Liliana had no chance (maybe wrong tactic :-)) because everything she did was counterd by Jace. Once again: Your opinion is very welcome. Memnarch is pretty solid. Once I've glued the mini on a base it will be even more stable. Thanks for your very kind comments! I just did the sketch to see how big the mini will be and to decide if it will be one or two spaced. You also can do it free-style without the sketch

I finally managed to finish Memnarch. I cut the base out of plastic, painted it and glued Memnarch on the top :-)

I'm very impressed!!!!
From the earlier pictures I did not guess that it would fit so nicely on a peanut shaped base. Very well designed!
