I've seen a few Defender army squads out there and I figure I would throw what I had in mind out as well.
5 figure squad
Life 3
Move 0
Range 0
Attk 0
Def 3
Ability: Defender
This squad can not move.
This kind of army squad is just a wall to block ways to your position so you can better set the battlefield to your advantage, best way to use such a card is to put it in front of bottle-necks or in key points on the map before an objective, or you can just hide behind it for cover.
Edit: Lowered Def of army and increased their number of figures.
Large 2 figure squad
Life 3
Move 0
Range 5
Attk 1
Def 2
Ability: Defender
Ability: Slag Toss
At the end of Vent Sentinels' turn each Vent Sentinel deals one damage to an enemy figure within 5 clear sight spaces
For this guy I just wanted someone who could provide a bit of area denial. keeping foes from one enter a zone with these guys protection or take some damage while they move through said zone. not sure what other kind of ability I should add to this guy or leave him as is.
Eidt: Lowered Attk & Def, added Ability Slag toss.
2 figure squad

Ability: Soothing Pollen
As long as a friendly army is within 4 clear spaces of Tree of Redemption you may remove a damage counter from each of them. Use this ability only once each turn.
Edit: Reduced Def and changed Ability wording
I feel like defenders should be nice little support squads that help you out as long as you stay near them.
Tell me what you guys thing and if I need to change anything on these to make them better!
