The rules state that each card deck must be exactly 12 cards and 200 points. I'm guessing that expansions will increase the number of cards available for the various deck colors.
What would you think about having blank cards (cost of Zero) included in an expansion? A blank card might allow a player to tune their deck more specifically or make a more powerful deck, getting to 200 points with less than 12 cards. This would come with the offset that at any time your hand may be of limited value. Suppose you could 'cast' the blank card as a hidden sorcery or enchantment, that when revealed would simply be discarded.
A silly idea?

I don't think so I've already been play-testing a 0 point card in my deck, which has allowed me to put in a custom card of higher strength without going over the hand limit. I have it as a sorcery that can be placed on any planeswalker, with no effect.
