I dig it! That's one way to get around Unsummon
I'll probably play this next time I get a chance to play. I think I may try to play around with some of the cards and go a little less 'all in' on healing, and add a little more spot removal/card advantage stuff since there's still so many points to work with.
edit: after a quick skim, Painful Truths, Ghostly Possession, Sunlance, Harrowing Journey all looked like they had potential for this build

I think Planeswalker + Eldrazi is one of the strongest things you can do in AotP, especially with a strong Planeswalker. Your opponent has a hard time deciding what to take out first, and that's good for you.
I play this build pretty aggressively. All three of the figures in it love being in the thick of things, so you want to go straight at the other Planeswalker and force them to try to block your path. With so many auto-wounds and healing cards, you may not even need to concern yourself with their squads.

I really like Ghostly possesion with Sorin. Makes sure he gets kills and healing. It can be a Fell the mighty but better synergy with Sorin

Ooh, I see what you mean. I might incorporate that next time I play it.
On the other hand, it only works on squads, and only once. I've avoided anything squad specific with this deck. I suspect the best AotP armies don't use squads.

I suspect Hero creatures are best on Heroscape terrain. Atleast the flying ones. The only hero creature i play with is Mad prophet. The rest hasnt worked really well for me. I feel they are underpowered.

I don't think it is the terrain. A double-spacer like the Eldrazi Ruiner prefers flat, open terrain where it can easily get at its opponents.
I made the comment about heroes because they are immune to many of the strongest spells an opponent can throw at them: unsummons, Soul lance, etc.
Also, the Ruiner is really good.

Finally got a chance to get another game in and ran this squad. It did serious work! Felt a little bad, as I was teaching a friend how to play and it was a bit of a slaughter, but he was a good sport and we're gonna try to get together for more games soon. Spell deck was within 2-3 cards of yours. Basically every time my Heroes took more than 2 damage I drew into a card to heal them for 2 or more while they just trucked through the opposing Nissa Army. Here's an imgur gallery that basically shows the progression of the game imgur.com/a/1Lbbb
