They can be found HERE. The alternate win condition of controlling glyphs for x amount of turns has helped remove the slog that can sometimes occur against turtling planeswalkers.

Nice. I like those win conditions. Better dimension to the gameplay that way. I think I have enough to build Overgrown Tomb. By the way, nice nod to M:tG with the map names.

I think there the alternate win conditions allow a bit more depth. Caster kill is of course the default, but maneuvering into place seems to spread everyone out a bit more, should they decide to go for area control. Then you don't have the typical turtle situation usually found in caster kill games.
I often see games where the pwalker doesn't even move from start space and just summon squads from that point. Valid tactic, but gets boring after awhile if that's all people do.
If a player decides to turtle, then you can attempt to go for the area control win. So turtling is definitely discouraged and was the main reason to introduce the alt win conditions.

I have gone through buying and selling my collection three times already. I think I learned my lesson just to keep it. I also learned that the best collection (for me) is to have 6 of each set. The exception being I no longer own any Underdark sets, but I own 16 sets worth of the rock terrain from them. In the United States it wasn't that easy to get heroscape sets even when it was in production.
But honestly many many great maps can be built with just two Rise of the Valkyrie terrain sets. Those can be had fairly cheaply. Don't pay over the equivalent of $40 for each set.
I like the building options that I have. But I bought my son two RotV sets and I find myself playing Arena mostly on them rather than going whole hog with the maps in the link. I reserve those maps to conventions and such. I dread taking it apart, sorting them out, then putting them away. Ugh.
