DEATHTOUCH
Any amount of combat damage an attacking creature with deathtouch deals to a defending squad creature is enough to destroy it.

No, I don't think so. You can attack and have a defender block all damage, which would be zero damage. If no damage is dealt, the defending squad would not be destroyed.
