Regarding Impulse - it should probably say something more like "Look at the top 4 cards of your library. Put one in your hand and then place the other 3 on the bottom of your library in any order." I guess I would avoid using "draw 4" as the term here, since you don't seem to mechanically mean to allow the player to pick up 4 and add them to their hand.
