Dragons,Goblins,Fungus, Oh My.

wade, welcome to the boards!  Thanks for posting some interesting ideas!

You asked for some feedback, so I'll give you my thoughts.  I mostly try to work with the wording of the powers to make sure they do what you want, and are clear and specific.  A couple of overall comments.  Each army needs to be assigned to a Color so a Planeswalker can draft and activate them.  While the first two are MtG cards, the third is a Gold card.  If it is intended to be (like the Eldrazi) it would be good to add that.  Also, none of the Armies has a point cost.  The point cost helps determine if an army is overpowered or underpowered.

Ancient Hellkite
Ability: Firy Attack
Once per turn whenever Ancient Hellkite attacks a creature it also deals 1 damage to each creature adjacent to Ancient Hellkite

As written, this deals damage to friendly as well as enemy creatures. Since the Hellkites are range 1, it also does damage to the Hellkite. My guess is that the should not damage the Hellkite that used it. Also it could be argued that only one of the Hellkites could use the in a round, since it says once per turn. During your turn you would activate the Hellkites, the Hellkites move, then attack. Each Hellkite may only attack once per turn in any case.

Perhaps what you want the to say is something like this.
Fiery Attack
In addition to their normal attack, you may choose one of these Ancient Hellkites to also perform a Fiery Attack. In addition to the normal damage, this attack also deals 1 damage to any creature adjacent to Ancient Hellkite. The Ancient Hellkite that makes this attack is not affected.

You have not suggested a point cost for the Hellkites. Among the official armies, there are currently no squads that give 6 life to each figure. Also, there is only 1 squad card that has as much as attack 4. The rest are lower Attack values. This would seem to be the most powerful squad in the game, so the point cost should reflect that.

Dragon Fodder Goblins
Ability: Come And Get Me!
Once per turn you may sacrifice 1 Dragon Fodder Goblin figure to move a single dragon figure within 6 clear Spaces up to 4 spaces closer to a Dragon Fodder Goblin.

Again here the wording may need some adjustment. Once per turn is just not quite clear enough. It can become a problem if during the activation of one army, a second army also become active. My suggestion would be to change that phrase and be specific about when the sacrifice is to be made - before moving any of your Dragon Fodder Goblins, or after all the Dragon Fodder Goblins have completed their attacks. The timing (before or after) either increases or decreases the of the goblins. They are certainly more powerful if the sacrifice is done after the attack. Also, I'd suggest limiting the synergy to these two squads and not just any dragons.

Also, I think you mean that the dragon figure must be within 6 clear spaces of the Goblin if it is allowed to be moved by this , and if it is, then it may be moved up to 4 spaces closer.

You might want wording more like this:
Come And Get Me!
After all Dragon Fodder Goblins have completed their attacks, one Ancient Hellkite figure that is within 6 clear sight spaces of a Dragon Fodder Goblin may move up to 4 spaces closer to that target Dragon Fodder Goblin. The Ancient Hellkite will take any leaving engagement attacks before moving. After moving the Ancient Hellkite, sacrifice the target Dragon Fodder Goblin to your figure graveyard.


Ghave, Guru of Spores
Of all the official armies in the game, only 3 have a range of 7 and all of those are Planewalkers. While you have given him an Attack of Zero, remember that it may well be possible for a spell to give Ghave a +1 to his attack. For this reason, the range of 7 can become an attack factor.  If you do not want Ghave to be able to attack, then on the card indicate that spells that grant an Attack Bonus can not be cast on Ghave.
A life of 6 puts Ghave near the top of the list.

I'd make a few changes to the wording of the powers as well.
Ability: Spore Strength
Sacrifice a creature: put a +1/+1 counter on target squad.

This should be more specific and specify that you must sacrifice a creature you control. I also think it would be best to identify the Target squad be a squad you control. I can't tell from the wording if the Target squad is supposed to be the squad that just sacrificed a creature, or if any squad you control is permitted.  Also, you might want to include a distance (6 spaces or something) to the target squad where the counter can be placed.

Ability: Feed The Rot
Remove a +1/+1 Counter from a squad you control within 6 clear spaces from Ghave, Guru of Spores: Create a Saproling token next to Ghave, Guru of Spores

My guess is that this is an optional . So, on Ghave, Guru of Spores turn, you may remove a +1/+1 Spore Counter from one figure you control that is within 6 clear sight spaces from Ghave. Place a Saproling token in an empty space next to Ghave, Guru of Spores.

One more thing is needed - you will need to create an army card for a Saproling. Otherwise, it will just stay where it has been placed, and never move, attack or defend.

Also I have not clue about point cost for things so I might need some assistance with that

Hi wade. Great job on these army cards. Targanth has already mirrored my thoughts on the abilities, but there are some wording changes I would suggest to make them more succinct / more like the official wording.

Ancient Hellkites

FIERY ATTACK
Whenever an Ancient Hellkite attacks, you may roll the 20-sided dice:
    1-?, Nothing happens
    ?-20, Deal 1 damage to all adjacent creatures [this would damage friendly and unfriendly, squad and hero creatues, but not planeswalkers, nor the attacking Ancient Hellkite as it is not adjacent to itself]


Dragon Fodder Goblins

COME AND GET ME!
After all dragon Fodder Goblins have completed their attacks, you may choose an Ancient Hellkite within 6 clear sight spaces of a Dragon Fodder Goblin you control [unless the Hellkite can eat any Fodder Goblin]. If you do, move the Ancient Hellkite up to 4 spaces [can be 0 spaces] towards the Dragon Fodder Goblin, then destroy that Dragon Fodder Goblin.


Ghave, Guru of Spores

ENLIGHTEN FUNGUS
When Ghave, Guru of Spores is summoned [this necessitates reserve to battlefield, see Lantern Geists], put three +1 counters and three +1 counters on him. [ and counters are separate in AotP. I'll write the rest as though you can interact with either counter type, but you may want to change this e.g. increase his base  and only give counters.]

FEED THE ROT
You may remove a +1 or +1 counter from a squad you control that has one or more figures within 6 clear sight spaces of Ghave, Guru of Spores. If you do, put a Saproling onto the battlefield adjacent to Ghave, Guru of Spores with life 1, 2, 2, move 4 and range 1. [AotP doesn't have tkens as such but like MtG and the ability of Ghoul Vanguard, the ability generating Saprolings defines their characteristics] Saprolings generated in this way act as squad. [This allows this ability and the spore strength ability to be used on the saprolings] Use this ability only during Ghave, Guru of Spores' turn. 

SPORE STRENGTH
You may destroy a squad creature you control within 6 clear sight spaces of Ghave, Guru of Spores. If you do, put a +1 or +1 counter on a friendly [or you control] squad or hero creature [so the counters can go back to Ghave] you control [or friendly for team games].


Finally, sorry for the long post but I hope you find my suggestions helpful. Well done on porting these MtG creatures over whilst keeping their flavour intact.
