Hy,
When I choose my Planeswalker. I can summon up to 2 squads or heroes. For example: Skirsdag cultists: Can I bring only 2 figures on the board or all 3 of the card?
What is a squad ?: Group 1: 1 cleric Squad 2: 2 cultists All together are an army?
In the manual is. If I summon, I summon all the members of the troops at once.

No the whole squad means 3/3 cultist. You must summon the whole squad.

In the guide, the Planeswalker can summon up to 2 troops and / or heroes.
Therefore, a troop is the cultists (3 figures). Can I still summon the Nekro Alchemist?
Then I would have 2 troops and / or heroes.

thx.
Can I attack in the same move as I have summoned the ARMS? Or can I only attack with the Planeswalker, since only this one was selected?

You can Just move and attack with the selected army Card. In this case, Just the planeswalker can attack. Unless a spell or ability allows you to do so.
