@zachzeta,
I just discovered your post, sorry for not looking at it earlier.
Here are some of my thoughts on the powers you have used. The wording of a
becomes very important to make sure everyone understands it the same way. For the most part, I'm not trying to be critical of the
, only trying to be sure the wording conveys the
that you intended and nothing more. I understand how difficult that can be at times, so I'm raising some questions that I could see being asked.
XenagosGlee of Battle - needs to be more specific. Powers that interrupt one players turn to allow a different player to do things will cause lots of rules questions.
Godhood - Does the +1 attack last for the rest of the game? Can Xenagos gain this more than once in a game?
VraskaStone Gaze - If stone gaze affects a Rhox (for example), does the effect last for the next game turn or until the next turn the Rhox take? If more than one squad creature attacks, are they all affected by stone gaze? For the leaving engagement comment, does that mean that if Vraska is the one that moves away, the squad figure does not roll for leaving engagement?
Possible Rewording - Any adjacent squad creature that attacks Vraska may not be activated on the next turn. Any creature affected by Stone Gaze may not make any leaving engagement strikes.
Last Strike - This sounds like the creature being attacked does not get to roll defense, right? This is then an auto-kill against a creature that only has 1 life to begin with, right?
Tezzeret (or is it Tezzert - both are on the card)
Since there currently no official artifacts, I don't know how they will work in AotP. Hard to say if this is weak or overpowered.
Ral ZarekShould this be Lightning tokens? You currently have lighting tokens
Energize - This reads like only one of the squad figures would get the +1 (one attack)
Calm Mind - The target squad could still attack Heroes though, from how it is written, right?
Storm Wielder - move two additional spaces, or just two spaces?
GarrukTracker - I dislike any
that is used during the turn of a different player. It interrupts the flow of the game and raises LOTS of rules questions.
Hunting party - As written this includes all creatures, including the opponent's creatures.
Domri RadeNigh Raid - Do you mean 'you may attack with up to 3 Friendly squad creatures within 2 line of sight of Domri'?
Dodge - Change the wording. Domri can't 'decide' to not take Leaving Engagement attacks. Perhaps she could 'avoid' taking any leaving engagement damage by reducing his/her move to 4 for the turn.
AshlockNightmare - needs a comma between creature and exile.
Horror - what does being a planeswalker Nightmare mean? Is it supposed to mean that Ashlock gains the
of the creature selected to replace him and retains the Nightmare
from this card? Since Ashlock would be removed from the board at life points zero, does that trigger a win for the opponent if the scenario is to kill the opponents' PW?
